Founder & Chairman

Martin Kabogo is a nationally-recognised leader in youth development and civic leadership. He champions education, human rights, and a greener future; he’s led national youth initiatives and inspired peers since university. Leadership is in his DNA — he combines political acumen, discipline, and an evidence-driven approach to program design. Martin drives YATBA’s strategic direction and represents the organisation in national and regional forums.

Executive Director — International Affairs

Abdihabiib is an expert in international politics, diplomacy and African governance with a long record of building cross-border partnerships that amplify youth voices on continental platforms.

Mercy is a seasoned finance and accounting professional. Her strong budgeting and governance skills ensure YATBA’s funds are managed with integrity and transparency.

Teddy is an operations leader known for turning strategy into action. He ensures program delivery, coordination and on-the-ground execution for YATBA.

Community Engagement Officer

Abdimalik supports community engagement and technical implementation of field projects using geospatial-informed planning.
